중국마사지?

고대 중국으로부터 전해졌다는 동양류 안마는 서양류 스포츠 마사지와 약간 손동작이 다르고 구별해서 사용된다. 서양류 마사지가 주로 손바닥을 사용해서 구심성으로 손동작을 행하는 것에 대해서 동양류 안마는 주로 손가락 끝을 사용해 원심성으로 행한다. 구간(軀幹) 및 사지의 말초신경이나 혈관의 주행을 따라서 손동작을 하고 자율신경에 작용을 미치는 것으로 되어 있다.

중국식 마사지의 종류
